Spring Equinox

Spring has sprung!

Today is the Spring Equinox, when the sun rises exactly in the east and sets precisely west and lasts for 12 hours, exactly half a day.

Saint Piran's Day and a list of other Patron Saints

St Piran is the Patron Saint of Cornwall (and tin miners) and March 5th is St Piran's Day.
